I’m a freelance writer, outdoor adventurer, trailrunner, and Kansas City native living outside of Boston. My adventures have taken me to three continents, including the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, and my legs have taken me as far as 50 trail miles in one day. In addition to 12 years as a newspaper sportswriter in Kansas, my writing has appeared in UltraRunning Magazine and TrailRunner Magazine.
